Abstract Category
The title of the abstract can be set to a maximum of 15 words in English only.
List the primary author's full name, followed by the other authors' full names.
Authors' information requested: Last name, First name, Affiliations.
The presenting author is allowed to participate in the other abstract as the co-author, but not as the primary author.
Presenting authors must register for the meeting through the website.
You must define 3-5 keywords of your abstract.
Guideline for Body of Abstract

1. Poster Contents. The following must be included in the poster:

     1.1 Abstract (not to exceed 200 words)
     1.2 Introduction/Background of the Study
       1.2.1 Statement of the Problem
     1.3 Methodology
     1.4 Results and Discussion
     1.5 Conclusion(s) & Recommendations
     1.6 References

2. Poster Design
Design must be in accordance with the theme of the study upon the discretion of the researchers and their adviser(s).

3. Poster Text Format
     3.1 The text format must be readable from a distance of 2 meters. Font size should be at least 20.
     3.2 The recommended font types are the following: Arial, Bookman Old Style, Century Gothic, Tahoma and Verdana.
     3.3 A border must separate the text from the margin (1 inch each: top, bottom, right and left).
     3.4 The poster may exhibit the highlight of the study in picture or colored presentation.
     3.5 Graphical and other appropriate presentations may also be included.

4. Poster Materials
The presentation of the poster will make use of 3×5 ft size of tarpaulin canvas in portrait layout with holes at each end.

5. Soft Copy
The soft copy of the poster shall be in PDF format using PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, or any other appropriate program.

6. Both tarpaulin and soft copy of the research poster shall be submitted on or before November 15, 2024 at the ADI Office for the tarpaulin while the soft copy will be sent at posters@adiphilippines.com

1. Readability – 20 points
   – Appropriate font size, print quality
obvious flow of information across poster

2. Appeal – 25 points
   – Pleasing to look at, balance text and graphs

3. Conformance to the Guidelines/Format – 15 points
   – Following the guidelines set and agreed upon by all parties concerned

4. Content of the Study – 40 points
   – Introduction, background of the study, methodology
   – Results and discussion, conclusions, reference(s) used

TOTAL: 100 points
