Dr. Timothy Paul E. Eustaquio

Dr. Tim Eustaquio was born in Indianapolis, USA. He graduated from the University of the East College of Dentistry in 2009 and later completed a Visiting Scholar Fellowship from 2010-2011 at the Indiana University School of Dentistry. He received his Certificate in Postgraduate Training from the UP Graduate Program in Orthodontics and is a Certified Invisalign/Smartee Provider.
